It is normal to experience a speed reduction of 30% to 50% when using a VPN service as traffic is routed through VPN servers.
1. Upgrade to Premium if you are currently using the free service

2. Test your internet speed
- Disconnect from the VPN
- Test your Internet speed here ( https://www.speedtest.net/ )
3. Improve your internet speed
- Disconnect devices that are connected but you are not currently using
- Move closer to your router
- Restart your router
- Turn off applications and browser tabs you are not using (e.g., Dropbox)
- Restart your device
- Connect to a different network
4. Connect to a different server location
- To change the server, tap Fastest Location (above the Connect button)
- Select the server that you need from the list provided
5. Connect to a different VPN protocol
- Select “Auto” in the protocol setting and try to connect
- Select a different Protocol (e.g., IKEv2, IPSEC, OpenVPN). More information on how to do this here!
