Cannot connect to the VPN on Android

Preliminary check

 

1. Update VPN - Super Unlimited Proxy 

 

2. Update to the latest version of Android

  • Open the Play Store, and then tap your profile image to update apps manually or set up automatic updates
  • Manual updates: Manage apps & device > See details, then Update all, or Update to pick and choose
  • Automatic: Settings > Network preferences > Auto-update apps, then Over any network or Over Wi-Fi only

 

3. Test your internet connection

  • Turn off all VPNs
  • Access a website of your choice
  • Troubleshoot your internet connection if the website does not load
  • If you cannot access the website, try using a different WiFi network or cellular data

4. Restart your device (turn it off and on)

 

5. Turn Airplane Mode on and off

  • Go to your device's settings
  • Enable and then disable Airplane Mode
  • Open VPN - Super Unlimited Proxy and toggle the connect option off and on

 

6. Restart VPN - Super Unlimited Proxy

  • Close and then restart the app
  • Try to connect (Please note - it can take up to 30 seconds to establish a connection)

 

7.  Connect to a different Server location (e.g., US / Germany)

  • To change the server, tap Fastest Location (above the Connect button)
  • Select the server that you need from the list provided

8. Connect to a different VPN protocol

  • Select “Auto” in the protocol setting and try to connect
  • Select a different Protocol (e.g., IKEv2, OpenVPN). More information on how to do this here!

9. Reinstall the app

  • Delete VPN - Super Unlimited Proxy
  • Reinstall the app from the Google Play Store
  • Activate VPN - Super Unlimited Proxy 
  • Click Connect on the main screen and wait for the connection to be established
