Chrome

On your Android phone or tablet, open the Chrome app.

At the top right, tap More.

Tap History. Clear browsing data.

At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.

Next to "Cookies and site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.

Tap Clear data.
2. Open a browser in incognito or private browsing mode with the VPN disconnected

Re-connect to the VPN

Try to access content
3. Connect to a different server/location

To change the server, tap Fastest Location (above the Connect button)

Select the server that you need from the list provided
4. Connect to a different VPN protocol

Select “Auto” in the protocol setting and try to access content

Select a different Protocol (e.g., IKEv2, OpenVPN).
