For better security and a stable connection, VPN - Super Unlimited Proxy uses the On-Demand mode for the IKEv2 protocol. On-Demand is an Apple feature designed to enhance security by ensuring continuous VPN protection. However, this feature may cause your device to experience temporary Wi-Fi connection interruptions, where internet access is blocked. This issue arises due to the way On-Demand mode manages network transitions and establishes secure VPN tunnels.

How can I resolve this issue?

  1. Use OpenVPN Protocol:
    • Open the VPN - Super Unlimited Proxy app.
    • On the home page, manually switch to the OpenVPN protocol.
    • Reconnect to the VPN. OpenVPN handles network transitions more effectively, making it less prone to interruptions.
  2. Manually Disconnect and Reconnect the VPN:
    • Open the VPN - Super Unlimited Proxy app.
    • Disconnect the VPN manually from the Home page.
    • Select a different server location and reconnect.
  3. Ensure a Stable Network:
    • Check that your Wi-Fi connection is stable and not experiencing frequent drops.

These steps may not solve every Wifi issue. If you continue to experience problems, please contact our Support team for further assistance.
