1. Clear your cache and cookies in your browser
- Websites can use your cookies and cache to identify your location
- Clearing your cache and cookies helps reduce tracking by websites
Chrome
- On your Android phone or tablet, open the Chrome app.
- At the top right, tap More.
- Tap History. Clear browsing data.
- At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
- Next to "Cookies and site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
- Tap Clear data.
2. Open a browser in incognito or private browsing mode with the VPN disconnected
- Re-connect to the VPN
- Try to access content
3. Connect to a different server location
- To change the server, tap Fastest Location (above the Connect button)
- Select the server that you need from the list provided
4. Connect to a different VPN protocol
- Select “Auto” in the protocol setting and try to access content
- Select a different Protocol (e.g., IKEv2, IPSEC, OpenVPN). More information on how to do this here!
