If you're trying to log in on a different device but can't access your premium subscription, your purchase hasn't been linked to your account yet. This can happen if you didn’t complete the sign-up process after subscribing or if there were internet interruptions while this process was completing.

How to Fix This

To link your subscription to your account and log in on other devices, follow these steps on the device where you originally subscribed:

  1. Open the My Account section in the app.
  2. Tap Restore Purchase and follow the on-screen instructions.
  3. After restoring, complete the sign-up process if prompted.

Once your subscription is linked to your account, you’ll be able to log in from any device using your registered credentials.
