When Should You Update Your Payment Method?

Common Reasons to Update

  • Credit card expired or will expire soon
  • New credit/debit card issued by your bank
  • Bank account changed or closed
  • PayPal account payment source changed
  • Switch payment methods (card to PayPal or vice versa)
  • Billing address changed due to relocation
  • Failed payment needs to be resolved

Before Your Next Billing Date

Update payment info at least 2-3 days before your renewal date to ensure uninterrupted VPN service and avoid payment failures.

How to Update Credit Card Information

Step 1: Access Your Account Settings

  1. Log in to your VPN - Super Unlimited Proxy account
  2. Navigate to "Settings" using the side menu
  3. Look for "Change Payment Method" 

Step 2: Update Your Card Details

  1. Click "Update Payment Method"
  2. Enter your new card information:
    • Cardholder name (first and last name)
    • New card number (16-digit number)
    • Expiry date (MM/YY format)
    • Security code (CVV - 3 digits on back, 4 for Amex)
    • Billing address (if changed)

Step 3: Save Your Changes

  1. Review all information for accuracy
  2. Click "Save" or "Update Payment Method"
  3. Confirm the update in the popup that appears
  4. Verify success message shows your payment method was updated

How to Update PayPal Payment Information

Option 1: Update Through Your VPN Account

  1. Log in to your VPN account
  2. Go to Settings → "Change Payment Method"
  3. Complete PayPal authorization for the new payment source
  4. Confirm the change in your account

Option 2: Update Through Your PayPal Account

  1. Log in to your PayPal account at paypal.com
  2. Go to "Settings" → "Automatic Payments"
  3. Find "VPN - Super Unlimited Proxy" in your active subscriptions
  4. Click "Manage" next to the subscription
  5. Select "Change Payment Method"
  6. Choose your preferred payment source:
    • PayPal balance
    • Bank account
    • Credit/debit card linked to PayPal
  7. Save your changes

Switching Between Payment Methods

From PayPal to Credit Card

  1. Look for your Account Management URL in your account settings
  2. Visit the hosted account management page using the provided link
  3. Click "Need To Change Payment Method?" button
  4. Select "Credit Card" as your new payment method
  5. Enter your credit card details:
    • Cardholder name
    • Card number, expiry date, security code
    • Billing address information
  6. Save your changes to complete the switch

From Credit Card to PayPal 

Due to PayPal's business agreements, we cannot directly switch existing credit card subscriptions to PayPal billing.

Alternative Solution - New Subscription Required:

  1. Cancel your current subscription (you'll keep access until it expires)
  2. Wait for current subscription to expire OR contact support for early termination
  3. Create a new subscription and select PayPal as payment method
  4. Choose your preferred plan and complete PayPal setup

Updating App Store Payment Methods

Apple App Store Subscriptions

To update payment method for iOS subscriptions:

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad
  2. Tap your name at the top
  3. Select "Media & Purchases"
  4. Tap "Payment Information"
  5. Update your payment method:
    • Add new credit/debit card
    • Update existing card details
    • Change to different payment method
  6. Save changes

Alternative method:

  1. Open App Store app
  2. Tap your profile picture (top right)
  3. Tap "Manage Payments"
  4. Add or update payment methods
  5. Set preferred method for subscriptions

Google Play Store Subscriptions

To update payment method for Android subscriptions:
