Getting a "connection service is down" warning in VPN Super?
What this error means
You'll see a warning message about a "connection service issue" when VPN Super can't establish a connection to the servers. This is typically a temporary glitch that happens in rare cases.
Troubleshooting steps
Step 1: Restart your PC
This fixes the issue most of the time.
- Close VPN Super completely
- Restart your computer
- Open VPN Super and try connecting
Most connection service errors are resolved after a simple restart.
Step 2: Reinstall the app
If restarting doesn't solve it:
- Go to Windows Settings > Apps
- Find "VPN Super" in the list
- Click "Uninstall"
- Download the latest version
- Double-click the installer and follow the setup instructions
- Sign in to your Account
- Try connecting again
Don't worry—your Account and subscription stay the same when you reinstall.
